This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Very clean and comfortable. Still smells new. The hotel and its surrounding entertainment and scenery is just all so beautiful. The staff was very kind but I would love to brag about Alexander who was at the front desk. He is the perfect example of quality customer service. It is so rare to come across his level of hospitality and his customer service alone is the reason I would love to come back. I seriously hope that his dedication to customer service is the standard for all the staff but if not I hope that his determination to exceed in excellence is noticed and credited. So that everyone will follow suit. He will definitely take this hotel to the next level! Thank you for making my stay a very comfortable and memorable one! I rate my stay a 10!

The location was fantastic! The room was very large which was nice for a family of 4. Had all the necessary amenities. The snack area was very beneficial, my teenagers were easily able to access it. Very family friendly hotel!!

New hotel and it was wonderful! The rooms were HUGE with a great view out of a big window. Beds were also very comfortable. Walking distance to Epic waterpark and not a far drive to Six Flags and Globe Life/AT&T Stadium. Great restaurants around the property. One evening there were food trucks, vendors and live music right outside the hotel. It was great.

It was very nice and clean and was just beautiful inside and outside and the rooms were clean and nice and outside was amazing and had a lot of fun things to do,so I give this hotel more than a 10 it’s beyond over a 10,so great great job on the facility

This is an excellent place to stay. The staff, the room, the breakfast, the pool and lounge area ALL EXCELLENT ❤️ Come to town for 'bucket list' trip to see DEF LEPPARD. Our hotel completed our trip with style!

Location and attractions surrounding was great. The breakfast was the only thing that needs some attention but over all 10 out of 10.

Friendly staff, clean facilities. Breakfast was good, but the country gravy for biscuits and gravy was too watery, needs some sausage gravy in it...lol
